• For optimized training outcomes, understanding the targeted muscle groups is crucial. The app visualizes the muscles being engaged during workouts with SIXPAD devices. It displays the duration of exercise completed and remaining time to keep users informed of their training progress.

• On completing training sessions or meeting specific goals set within the app's conditions, users will earn muscle points (MPs) which reflect their training efforts. Different activities accrue varied MPs and unlock badges as a reward for dedication.

• Daily workout data is automatically stored and presented in a dashboard format. Users can review details such as muscle groups worked on during sessions and track their accumulated MPs and badges earned.

• Professional training advice:
• Receive expert insights on beauty routines, health practices, and effective training regimens from specialists in diverse fields like sports medicine, personal training guidance, and nutritional physiology.
